When Aigentic provides services to business clients, the client remains the owner and controller of their customer data. Aigentic processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
