Phase 1: Spoon-fed, but not entirely
Six years as a quantitative trader, at Tower Research Capital and then Mecha Markets. The tools, the data and a team were already there. The job was to turn them into spot-FX strategies that worked, and they did: over 1.3 trillion US dollars traded.
Phase 2: Self-apprenticeship
Three years alone in crypto markets, no team behind the screen. Built the whole stack single-handed, from the distributed infrastructure up to the strategies running on it: on-chain arbitrage across liquidity pools, just-in-time liquidity provision, execution tuned from milliseconds down to microseconds. Figuring out how to make money with nothing handed to you teaches one thing above all: a system you run alone must explain itself, and must never guess.
Phase 3: Building for other people, and learning to sell it
Trading is modelling the world from behind a screen. The model wins or loses, and nobody’s day actually changes. Aigentic is the same discipline pointed at real operations, the admin work that eats an owner’s evenings, built alongside the people who run it. This phase is the one still being figured out, in the open, one customer at a time.
